By uploading content, you grant Study Cue a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
  • Your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Your content does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and we will not use it to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All aspects of Study Cue — including its design, code, branding, logos, text, graphics, and the underlying AI technology — are the exclusive property of Study Cue Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Study Cue's intellectual property, trade names, trademarks, service marks, or logos without our prior written consent. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content.

7. Third-party services

Study Cue may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Study Cue at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
